Q Why does my video show 'Encoding in Progress'?
A If you upload a video in any format other than the recommended flash video format (.flv), our software must automatically encode it. This encoding is done in the background and may take several minutes or more, depending on the size and format of your uploaded video. If you still see this message after more than 2 hours, please make sure your video was in one of our supported file types. If not, you will need to delete it and convert it to a supported type before uploading again.
Q What video file formats do you support?
A Currently we support the following video file formats: .asf; .avi; .flv; .mkv; .mov; .mpe; .mpeg; .mpg; .mpv; .mp4; .rm; .rmvb; .wmv; .3gpp.
The recommended video format is .flv.
Q What image file formats do you support?
A Currently we support the following image file formats: .gif; .jpg; .jpeg; .png.
The recommended image format is .jpg.
